This is primarily a "Vanity"site designed to allow me to showcase some of my woodturning hobby. I have spent all of my working years in construction and cabinet making. When I retired in 2005 I took up wood turning,and now consider myself to be a reasonably advanced amateur
Wood turning is an ancient craft that goes back certainly as far as the egyptian dynasties . Today most turners use powered lathes that allow for the creation of artistic objects that would only have been dreamt of in those days.
